Role and Responsibilities: 

  • You lead the Korea business and develop a highly professional team
  • You are a proactive entrepreneur in the highly successful setting of the mobile ad-tech
  • You provide strategic guidance to the sales and operations teams to grow the business in Korea
  • You are a hands-on, highly driven and passionate personality and push sales activities, in particular, hunting and negotiating with key partners
  • You already bring and quickly expand your network towards advertisers and publishers in Korea and other core APAC Markets
  • You attend industry events and other relevant conventions to represent Applift and negotiate deals with key clients
  • You intensify existing relations with key contacts to create long-lasting partnerships with Applift

Requirements

  • Previous work experience as Country Manager or Director position in Business Development/Account Management
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset
  • 2-5 years of people managing experience and knowledge of mobile performance advertising market
  • Highly experienced in the mobile ad-tech and programmatic space
  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English is a must
  • Very strong social/relationship building skills and a smart negotiator
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Pro-active personality, a team player
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
